This Payments & Refunds Policy explains how RemoveLayer manages paid plans, credits, top-ups, billing, and refund requests for our AI image cleanup services.


1. Paid Features

Some RemoveLayer features require credits, a subscription, or another paid plan. Paid usage may apply to background removal, object removal, text removal, higher-volume generation, downloads, storage, or other product features shown at checkout or inside the app.

Prices, credit estimates, plan limits, and feature availability may change over time.


2. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We may store payment references, invoices, plan status, top-up records, credit balances, and refund status, but we do not store full card details.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring your payment method can be charged.


3. Subscriptions

Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled according to the billing flow available in your account. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior billing periods unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.

Plan limits, included credits, renewal timing, and billing terms are shown in the product or checkout flow.


4. Credits And Top-Ups

Credits are used to run eligible AI image processing tasks. The number of credits required may vary by tool, model, output type, quality, and other settings.

Credits may be deducted when a generation is submitted, processed, or completed according to the product rules shown at the time of use. If a generation fails because of a service-side issue, credits may be restored automatically or reviewed through support.

Bonus, promotional, trial, or free credits may expire, be limited to certain features, and may not be refundable.


5. Refunds

Eligible credit top-up purchases may be requested for refund within 7 days of purchase if the purchased credits are unused. Used credits are not refundable. If a refund is approved, related bonus credits may be removed from your account.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where a duplicate charge occurred, or where a verified technical issue prevented reasonable use of the paid service.


6. Refund Process

Use the refund controls in your account when available. If the online flow is unavailable, contact support@removelayer.com with the account email, payment reference, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank, and may take several business days.


7. Failed, Canceled, Or Abusive Payments

If a payment fails, is canceled, charged back, flagged as suspicious, or violates our policies, we may suspend paid access, adjust credits, request verification, or close the account as allowed by our Terms of Service.


8. Updates

We may update this Payments & Refunds Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
